I have been very impressed with the responsiveness of Cool & Easy since the start of the NIBE System contract. They have always delivered excellent results and will help whenever and wherever they can. Their engineers are dedicated and put customers first, attending to properties after hours if this is more suitable for the customers. Office staff are always more then willing to help, and I feel I get a full explanation after every job, ensuring we can provide customers with accurate and full responses to repairs.

I have worked with the Team at Cool & Easy on 2 large projects. Project 1 was the design and installation for 2 HVAC systems for our office buildings that were to be refurbished as part of a major upgrade. This was completed on time and in budget with minimal disruption to the daily tasks conducted by the office based Teams. The on site Engineers went out of their way to minimize any disruption, scheduling work around the department requirements meaning starting early or working late, this flexible approach was key to the success of this project. After the success of our first project we moved on to Project 2, this was the design and installation for an HVAC system for a 25,000 sqft warehouse. I had an initial design from another supplier and when I shared this with Glenn he quickly acknowledged that there was a deficiency in the system which meant it wouldn’t fulfill our requirement. Glenn recalculated our requirements and redesigned the system to meet our needs, I am so glad as his intervention stopped a potential fault, well done Glenn! All in all I am happy with the service I am given, from the office Team to the Engineers, the Team go out of their way to help, no problem to big no job too small, total service. Kersia Lockerbie was awarded a substantial investment to upgrade the current outdated air conditioning & extract system to align with current legislation. Had Fab contracted Cool & Easy to install a new ventilation system into our main metal fabrication hall. The system was designed by a third party consultancy but was not as straightforward as had been assumed. The team from Cool & Easy worked with us and the supplier to solve the problems and were very pragmatic and professional with excellent communication along the way to keep us informed of progress and next steps.
