Our Challenge
Argyle House, situated in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, required a comprehensive HVAC upgrade.
The challenge? Install a state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation system in a busy urban environment, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
Our Solution
Our team delivered a comprehensive solution with expertise and efficiency.
We installed 21 internal fan coil units with custom-manufactured plenum boxes and Waterloo diffusers
Craned and installed a Toshiba VRV external condenser for the heating and cooling system
Positioned a new Nuaire AHU (Air Handling Unit) using crane operations
Manufactured and installed square ducting for office ventilation, including insulation and external cladding
Completed all electrical connections and commissioned the entire system
The result? A cutting-edge HVAC system that enhances the comfort and efficiency of Argyle House, supporting its status as a prime business location in Edinburgh's city centre.
